PDF Pattern Downloads
All PDF pattern purchases are sent as digital downloads. An email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, with a download for your PDF pattern. Check your spam folder if it does not show up in your inbox within a few minutes.
We strongly recommend you use a computer to download the file as opposed to your phone or other devices. If you have already downloaded the PDF and are having trouble finding the file, please first check your Downloads folder or your Files app.

Shipping Policy
All physical products are shipped via Australia Post which includes a tracking number, within 2-4 business days. You have the option to upgrade your shipping from standard to express shipping at checkout. A corresponding tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. All items will be shipped with signature required on delivery. This will help us know you have received your item safely in your hands.
If your package is delayed, please refer to the Australia Post tracking number for more information.
Please Note: Once a package has been handed to Australia Post, we hold no responsibility for any delivery issues or lost items. That being said, we can help locate a lost package, including contacting Australia Post on your behalf.
